Scene Studies Performances June/ July 2021 The Memory of Water by Shelagh Stephenson & Love & Information by Caryl Churchill

BTEC Performing Arts students performing scenes from Memory Of Water by Shelagh Stephenson.

Usually, at the end of the year our students would be performing their work to live audiences, this year they have had limited chances to perform live. We wanted to share some of the work that our students have created this term and offer them to watch online instead. Please do enjoy and hope to see you in our audience next year!

Personal Statement Information

If you are considering applying for university you will need to complete a UCAS application. Part of the application is the Personal Statement. Admissions teams who read your Personal Statement will want to see evidence you are committed to your chosen subject. Regardless of where you finally choose to apply to, any online lectures, talks, activities you take part in, no matter which university is offering them is valuable to sign up for. The talks are for the most part generic meaning while they may 'plug' their university a bit, the information in the talk is helpful for understanding that subject area. What you gain or learn from engaging with these online talks is what the admissions teams want to hear about in your Personal Statement. Register for talks/tasters etc and then think about what you learnt from listening.....make sure you've got evidence of your commitment to your subject!!!
