Welcome to Careers

At Varndean we run a programme of Careers support, to encourage you to consider your progression routes and career options.  We deliver information through tutorials, events throughout the year and career spotlights in your lessons. 

All students can access one to one guidance with trained Careers Advisers - to book, follow the instructions opposite.  In the meantime, explore the resources available to you on this google site - scroll down to see all the careers areas.

Quiet Study

Please remember the library is for quiet individual study only, if you need to collaborate or work in a group please use an alternative study space. There is a silent study room at the back of the library with 12pcs for students to use. If you prefer to work in complete silence, this is the place for you!

The library team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have about finding resources, how to borrow books, using ebooks or other online resources - ask us anything! You can borrow up to 10 books at one time, just bring them to the helpdesk and we will issue them on your library account - have a look at our FAQs section on the library website.
